• Define and execute WESSPL's global growth strategy across utility, C&I, and off-grid BESS segments; own full P&L accountability across all geographies.
• Lead new market entry strategies for USA and other priority international markets; drive strategic partnerships, JVs, and key account relationships.
2. Product & Operations
• Partner with technology and engineering leadership to define BESS product roadmap — hardware, software, and EMS.
• Oversee manufacturing scale-up, supply chain strategy, and quality benchmarks for BESS systems.
3. People & Stakeholders
• Recruit and lead a high-calibre global leadership team; embed a culture of accountability, innovation, and execution.
• Represent WESSPL at board, investor, government, and industry forums globally.
4. Governance
• Drive capital allocation, M&A evaluation, and board-level financial governance.
• Champion Waaree's core values across WESSPL's organisation.
• MBA / M.Tech / CA from a premier institution
• 20+ years leadership; prior CEO/MD/COO in BESS, clean-tech, or energy strongly preferred
• Track record scaling global businesses; deep knowledge of battery storage value chain
• Exceptional strategic thinking, financial acumen, and cross-cultural leadership
