**1. Strategic HR & Business Partnership*
* Partner with leadership to understand business priorities and translate them into effective people strategies.
* Develop and implement HR initiatives that support business growth, productivity, cost optimization, and a strong company culture.
* Act as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees, providing practical and business-focused solutions.
**2. Workforce Planning & Talent Management*
* Assess current and future manpower requirements based on business and growth plans.
* Partner with recruitment teams to drive timely hiring, onboarding, and retention of talent.
* Build talent pipelines for critical and future roles.
* Support internal mobility, career development, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
**3. Employee Relations & HR Operations**
* Address employee concerns, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflicts effectively.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
* Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and guidelines aligned with business needs and applicable labour laws.
* Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
**4. Performance Management**
* Drive goal-setting and performance management processes across teams.
* Partner with managers on performance reviews, feedback, development plans, and performance improvement initiatives.

**5. Employee Engagement & Culture**

* Gather employee feedback and translate insights into actionable HR initiatives.
* Promote employee well-being, inclusion, and a positive workplace culture.
**6. Change Management & Organizational Development**
* Support organizational changes, business expansions, restructuring, new initiatives, and process transformations.
* Help employees and managers adapt effectively to changes in structure, systems, processes, and policies.
* Act as a change champion and ensure effective communication throughout transformation initiatives.
**7. HR Analytics & Data-Driven Decision Making**
* Track and analyze key HR metrics such as attrition, absenteeism, hiring, productivity, engagement, and workforce costs.
* Develop dashboards and reports for leadership reviews and business decision-making.
* Identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve employee and business outcomes.
* Leverage tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, HRIS, and other HR technology platforms.
**8. HR Projects & Process Improvement**
* Lead and support strategic HR projects aligned with business priorities.
* Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
* Ensure effective project governance, stakeholder alignment, and timely execution.
* Identify risks, track progress, and proactively address issues.
* Drive continuous improvement and automation of HR processes to improve efficiency and employee experience.
