Manoneet Dalal has assumed charge as a non-official director on the board of the Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Ltd (IREDA) for a three year term or until further notice.
The term of his appointment came into effect August 18, 2026. He was appointed by a resolution passed through circulation on August 18, 2026 under the Board of Directors, according to an exchange filing.
Dalal brings more than two decades of experience across taxation, financial consulting, legal advisory, public administration, and technology. He is a legal and financial professor who holds a BA LLB (Hons) from Kurukshetra University and a LLM from the National Law School of India University (NLSIU).
He serves at Hexa Advisors Ltd as a director. Prior to this he held senior positions with Deloitte Haskins & Sells and Ernst & Young. He has also contributed to public policy research and published books and papers on taxation and international trade law.
