Suzlon Energy has bagged a 201.6 MW order from Waaree Forever Energies Pvt Ltd (WFEPL), the Independent Power Producer (IPP) arm of the Waaree Group to support Waaree's maiden wind energy project in Andhra Pradesh.
The order includes the installation of 64 S144 wind turbine generators (WTG), each with a rated capacity of 3.15 MW, at the project site in Andhra Pradesh, according to Suzlon’s statement.
Suzlon will also be responsible for providing end-to-end Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) solutions across land acquisition, turbine supply, Balance of Plant (BoP), commissioning, and lifetime operations and maintenance (O&M) services. The project will be carried out through Suzlon's DevCo model, advancing its goal to operate as an integrated energy solutions provider.
