Teraa Clean Ltd, a Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) to invite experienced land aggregators, developers, and contractors for land aggregation for a 350 MW Inter-State Transmission System (ISTS)-connected solar energy project in Andhra Pradesh, to support its ongoing effort to increase the renewable energy generation and strengthen the country’s power transmission network.


The proposed solar power facility will be situated near the Krishnagiri (Kurnool V) ISTS Pooling Substation in Krishnagiri Taluka of Kurnool district. The close proximity of a site from existing interstate transmission substation will potentially make power evacuation easier and boost grid compatibility, enabling efficient long-distance transmission of renewable energy throughout the country.


Under the power and energy projects category, the tender has been issued as a publicly advertised bid with no earnest money deposit (EMD) or tender fee specified. The bid submissions commenced on July 27, 2026 and will close at 3 PM on August 24, 2026. The bids will start on the same day at 3:30 PM. Alongside, any interested party can download tender documents from July 27, 2026 to August 23, 2026.


As per the issued tender notice registered under reference number TeCL/CC/Solar/2026-27/06 and Bidsinfo Reference Number 36653297, bidders must prove their technical know-how, legal standing, and prior experience in securing or assembling land.


Moreover the interested parties are expected to have a well-established local network and the capability to oversee land negotiations, administrative records, and regulatory approvals from start to finish.


The selected parties will hold responsibilities across identifying and consolidating suitable contiguous land parcels that meet technical, legal, and environmental requirements. Additionally, they will hold tasks such as dealing with landowners to guarantee the provision of legally clear land through buying or long-term leasing.
