The Next Frontier: Advancing HSE to Achieve Global SDGs

Our findings underscore how proactive HSE management is the direct pathway to achieving global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), enhancing corporate reputation and securing long-term operational viability. Moving beyond mere compliance, this report highlights a profound transformation in how HSE is now perceived and implemented. It is recognised as a core value driver that directly contributes to broader societal and environmental objectives. These critical insights and actionable recommendations, designed to empower governments, industries and various stakeholders to elevate HSE performance and accelerate progress towards the United Nations SDGs, ultimately safeguarding both lives and infrastructure within the evolving energy landscape, emerged from the Transform HSE 2025 conference, a collaborative initiative by The ENCIS and the Bharat HSSE Council.
